Every payment from your customers earns you 25%, for 12 months. After 30 days your commission becomes payable, and we transfer it around the 15th.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get my commission?
Commission becomes payable 30 days after your customer's payment, which leaves room for cancellations and refunds. Around the 15th of each month we transfer everything that's payable, provided it's at least €50. Below that, your balance simply carries over.
How long does a customer count?
For 12 months from the moment the customer creates their account. Every payment in that period earns you commission: single stores, bundles and add-on products.
How does Mercify know a customer came through me?
Through your link or your code. After a click on your link, we ask the visitor whether we may remember the referral; if the customer enters your code when signing up, it always counts. Each customer belongs to one partner, and only new customers count.
Do I need a company?
No. In the Netherlands you can also take part as a private individual; we then report the amounts to the Dutch tax authority, as the law requires. Outside the Netherlands we work with businesses only. If you're VAT-registered, we pay the VAT on top.
What if a customer gets a refund?
The commission on that payment lapses. If it has already been paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.
Can I run ads with my link?
Yes, on your own channels and in ads aimed at your own audience. Not on the Mercify name in search engines, and always with a disclosure that you're a partner. The full rules are in the partner terms.
